| Please

dates you want are open. You can also view the associated
guest book.

| If
your dates are available click Contact
Us and complete the ”Inquiry Form”.
We will send an E-Mail as soon as possible that confirms availability of your dates, explains total cost of lodging, and the next step in the process (Step 3). |
| STEP 3: |
| Once you notify us that you want to reserve our condo, we will hold your dates as pending for 5 days. To secure your reservation please send us a signed Rental Agreement , a copy of your Driver's License, and a Deposit of $200.00 which is held as a fully refundable Security Deposit provided terms of our Rental Agreement are met. To print out a copy of the Rental Agreement, click Rental Agreement. |

We now accept the following methods of payment: Credit
Cards Accepted: (There is a 4% surcharge for using PayPal.) Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order. (Payable to Gayle Buchmann) When we receive the signed Rental Agreement, a copy of your Drivers License, and the appropriate funds; we will reserve the unit and send you a Confirmation E-Mail. Your outstanding balance is due Thirty (30) days prior to check-in, Forty-five (45) days for monthly rental periods. We will email Key Instructions to you 7-10 days prior to your arrival. |
